Downloading Razer Core X software will help you configure your Razer Core X to turn off its lights when the display goes to sleep. Therefore, you'll have to turn off sleep and only put the display to sleep. However, you can't put Windows bootcamp to sleep because if you do, the eGPU will disconnect. Note: with the way I set up my eGPU, you should not need to disconnect your eGPU every time you want to start up Bootcamp. I have Mac OS X Mojave and UEFI Windows 10 booting up and running successfully with my eGPU. I have a 15-inch Macbook Pro Mid-2012 Non-Retina GT650M laptop with a Razer Core X Chroma eGPU enclosure and a Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 GPU. Depending on the model of your Mac Mini, your eGPU setup is almost exactly similar to mine.
